Terms of Service

Effective date: August 3, 2026

1. What this service is

The YYZ Mortgage social publishing tools (the "Service") are internal software used by YYZ Mortgage and its affiliated brands to create, schedule, and publish content to social media accounts that we own or manage, via each platform's official API (including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube).

The Service is operated for our own business use. It is not available to the general public, and no accounts are offered to third parties.

2. Who may use it

Use of the Service is limited to YYZ Mortgage team members and contractors who have been authorized in writing. By using the Service you agree to these terms and to the terms of each social media platform the Service connects to, including TikTok's Terms of Service.

3. Acceptable use

• Only connect social media accounts that YYZ Mortgage owns or is authorized to manage.
• Only publish content that complies with applicable law, FSRA advertising requirements for mortgage professionals in Ontario, and each platform's community guidelines.
• Do not use the Service to send spam, misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

4. Content

All content published through the Service remains the responsibility of YYZ Mortgage. We retain any rights we hold in that content; publishing through a platform grants that platform the licenses described in its own terms.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided as-is, with no uptime commitment. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time. We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.

6. Disconnecting

A connected social media account can be disconnected at any time from within the Service, or by revoking the app's access in the platform's own security settings.
